‘ Heath Lodge’ Holiday Home -booking conditions
Reservation is accepted and held for one week.
To confirm your booking, payment must be made within this time
Payment of a deposit will be 25% of the total rent if the booking is more than 60 days before the start of the holiday but if the booking is made fewer than 60 days of the commencement of the holiday then the full rent plus any supplementary charges are due at the time of booking. The booking form which has been sent to you should be returned with the payment cheque. PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking and in this event all fees will be immediately refunded.
The owner operates a security deposit of £100.00 payable prior to the commencement of the holiday. This will be refunded after the owner has made a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Once the booking is received and accepted, the clients are liable for the balance of rent and any additional charges 60 days before the start of the holiday. If the payment is not received, the booking will be regarded as a cancellation and the property may be re-let. Any payments made will NOT BE REFUNDED
Under no circumstances may people other than those specified on the booking form occupy the property. The client will be responsible for the full costs of any damages or breakages and any exceptional cleaning and this liability is not limited to the amount of the security deposit.
The client will leave the property and contents in a clean and tidy condition prior to vacating the property.
The client will not cause any annoyance or become a nuisance to tenants or occupants of adjoining premises.
Lettings commence at 3 p.m. on the first day of tenancy and end at 10 a.m on the day of departure.
If, for any reason beyond the owners control, the property is not available on the date booked all rent and charges paid in advance by the client will be refunded in full. Any further claim against the owner shall be limited to expenses incurred by the client prior to the cancellation of the holiday.
The owner reserves the right to reasonable access to the property for her or her staff.
The owner reserves the right to amend prices quoted on the web site due to errors or omissions.
The person who signs the booking form certifies that he or she is authorised to agree to the conditions of booking on behalf of all persons included on the booking form. The signatory and/or client must be a member of the party occupying the property.
