Heath Lodge is a beautiful reverse level semi-detached house situated on the hillside overlooking the famous fishing town of Brixham.

Most of the rooms have spectacular views across Torbay and of the busy marina below.

Beautifully furnished and well equipped it has been described by our guests as ‘magical’ and ‘the perfect holiday home’.
To the front of the house there is a delightful paved patio area with table and chairs that is a south facing sun trap – perfect for an alfresco breakfast or a chilled glass of wine in the evening.

Although only a 5 minute walk from the bustling harbour and also the Berry Head nature reserve, it is in a quiet location and there is ample off road parking.

The winter months often provide a spectacular scene as the rough seas crash onto the breakwater and cascade into the outer harbour.
It can be interesting to watch the ships taking refuge in the bay or the lifeboat battling the waves when going out on a rescue.

Heath Lodge is arranged on three floors.
The kitchen, dining room and bathroom are on the ground floor.
The sitting room is open plan and is accessed by five stairs. There are seven stairs to the lower ground floor giving access to the two bedrooms.
The front door leads to the ground floor.
There is parking within the boundary of the property.
